Christmas songs everywhere  I pass, everybody looks happy as the big day approaches. In Tanzania, this is the season in which many people travel to join their families and loved ones so that they can celebrate christmas and new year together.

In fact even myself have traveled not my to my home place but to Usambara mountains, a lovely place to be here in Tanzania, if you did not know, this place is where the Germans selected to be their Headquarters soon as they started colonizing Tanganyika before they moved it to Bagamoyo at the coast of Indian Ocean.

Actually I am writing this blog from Lushoto, Tanga-Tanzania where, when you wake up in the morning sun rise is not something you should use all your energy looking for, its natural, and a nice welcoming gift to Lushoto.

Being here made me more appreciative to the work God has done to make this world, the place is full of natural forests, cool weather,  beautiful mountains on which you can have a nice view of other parts of Tanga Region and the cliffs around the area.

Not only that, but also, this is a place where one of TFFT’s partner orphanage is, this is Irente Children’s Home where six of our scholarship recipients come from. Apart from enjoying nature, I have decided to spend part of my holiday representing my organization to visit the children and staff of Irente children’s Home to share our love and say Merry Christmas.

Christmas is all about sharing love, reflecting on why was Jesus born and what did he advocate for, then join his advocacy campaign, I ask every one of you to look for someone who is less fortunate to share your love with during this festive season and God will  bless you.
