The Teacher Training Program at The Foundation For Tomorrow (TFFT) represents a vital component of our commitment to quality education. This program equips educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exemplary instruction to vulnerable and orphaned children. Through rigorous training, TFFT ensures that teacher are not just educators but also mentors, shaping not only academic growth but also the holistic development of their students. By investing in the professional development of teachers, TFFT reinforces its dedication to nurturing a generation of empowered learners who will contribute positively to Tanzanian society.

This year, we are hosting our second Teachers Training Convention. This convention is designed to provide a platform for educators to be able to explore the issues facing Tanzanian students today and learn about evidence based best-practice teaching that can meet our students where they are in their educational journey. Presenters at the convention will be experts in education who work within Tanzanian educational systems. The participants are teachers and educational actors who will be able to choose the workshops that are most relevant to their specific situation. The goal of the convention is for participants to leave with practical skills and teaching resources that they can take straight to their own working environments. We’re excited to share this experience with our fellow academicians who are passionate about the transformation of the educational systems of Tanzania!
